About Us

Formed in 1982, the Cecilian Singers is a chamber choir numbering some thirty mixed voices whose broad repertoire includes music from the Renaissance to the present day. Based in Leicester, they owe their success to the quality of past and present Music Directors, Malcolm Goldring, Brian Kay and Jeremy Jackman......... The Singers are available for concerts and other charitable events. Their repertoire spans from the 17th to the 21st Centuries. We are happy to organise our music to suit your event and are willing to meet you to discuss your requirements.

The Cecilian Singers currently have vacancies for tenors.

The Cecilian Singers are able to offer four scholarships a year to students in full-time education. Please contact the Secretary for further information.

Detail: The Cecilian Singers, conducted by Jeremy Jackman, invite you to join them for a day of good music and good fun. Programme to include music by Benjamin Britten and Eric Whitacre plus lighter pieces.
