About Us

Formed in 1982, the Cecilian Singers is a chamber choir numbering some thirty mixed voices whose broad repertoire includes music from the Renaissance to the present day. Based in Leicester, they owe their success to the quality of past and present Music Directors, Malcolm Goldring, Brian Kay and Jeremy Jackman......... The Singers are available for concerts and other charitable events. Their repertoire spans from the 17th to the 21st Centuries. We are happy to organise our music to suit your event and are willing to meet you to discuss your requirements.

Event: 'Come and Sing Workshop'

Detail: The Cecilian Singers are delighted to be hosting this event under the inspired leadership of their internationally renowned conductor Jeremy Jackman.  We will address Handel's 'Coronation Anthems' and lighter pieces. Neville Ward will be the accompanist.
Time: 10.00am to 5.00pm. Registration & Coffee at 9.30am
